To achieve this they partnered with CapGemini and engaged Improved Apps to provide an in‑platform, native engagement layer (an AppExchange solution for Salesforce) to deliver contextual help and adoption support.
Improved Apps implemented a native engagement layer with in‑app guidance, a Help Index and noticeboard pop‑ups, and created 200+ help topics so content authors could quickly produce text and media across multiple markets. Improved Apps’ solution gave users help at the point of need, streamlined business processes, supported PageGroup’s digital transformation and enabled measurable increases in adoption and reductions in turnover while scaling across PageGroup’s global footprint.
