Schaeffler Group struggled with a stalled Salesforce rollout across its three lines of business: poor adoption, disengaged users, and conventional, resource‑heavy training that failed to drive onboarding or ROI. To fix these issues they evaluated solutions and engaged Improved Apps, using its native Salesforce products Improved Help and Improved Noticeboard to deliver contextual, in‑app onboarding and change management.
Improved Apps implemented a proof of concept using Improved Help and Improved Noticeboard (100% native apps with no browser extensions) to deliver embedded guidance, targeted alerts, a wiki‑style knowledge base and analytics. The POC was deployed to 100 users, overcame initial configuration issues, produced positive feedback within three months and set the stage for expansion to as many as 2,500 users; outcomes included faster onboarding, reduced training time and errors, better process compliance and improved user efficiency.
