Impel Partnered with Dominion Dealership Solutions to Help Dealers Sell Cars Faster

Dominion Dealer Solutions, a leading provider of dealership management and merchandising tools, faced stagnant sales growth as consumer buying shifted online and the pandemic accelerated digital disruption. To help dealers better engage shoppers and move them through the purchase journey, Dominion partnered with Impel to add Impel’s 360° WalkArounds to its merchandising offerings.

Impel’s 360° WalkArounds were integrated across Dominion Dealer Solutions’ network and, in a study of over 4,000 dealers, delivered measurable results: inventory turns improved by 17.3% for new cars (inventory reduced from 81 to 67 days), 18.9% for CPO cars (85 to 69 days), and 35.9% for used cars (67 to 43 days). These gains show Impel’s solution increased online engagement, conversions and faster unit sales across Dominion’s dealer network.
