How Mambu boosted productivity, saved time, and increased deal registrations from their partners by implementing Impartner's PRM solutions

Mambu, the SaaS cloud banking platform, was struggling to manage its partner ecosystem: no consistent lead-registration process, sporadic enablement, limited visibility into partner-sourced revenue, and largely manual, regionally inconsistent partner operations. To centralize and scale partner engagement, Mambu chose Impartner’s Partner Relationship Management solution (Impartner PRM) as a single portal for registrations, enablement, and reporting.

Impartner implemented a modular PRM (CRM sync, deal registration, Journey Builder, Asset Library, analytics and SSO to an LMS) and integrated it with Salesforce and LearnUpon to automate onboarding, workflows and training. The Impartner solution eliminated many manual processes and drove measurable gains—2x (≈105%) increase in deal registrations, a 154% rise in partner portal logins, faster contract and training processing, and improved productivity across sales, marketing, legal and partner operations.
