AvePoint, a global leader in data security and governance with more than 21,000 customers and a channel program of over 3,500 partners, needed to transform into a partner-centric business while centralizing deal registration, onboarding, and global training during a tight timeline ahead of its IPO. To meet these challenges and support a five-language rollout, AvePoint selected Impartner and its PRM solution to quickly build a scalable partner platform.
Impartner implemented its out-of-the-box PRM modules (CRM sync with Microsoft Dynamics, deal registration, asset library, SSO to an LMS, analytics and multi-language content) and completed a rapid, six-month global rollout. As a result, Impartner reduced partner onboarding to seconds with click-through agreements, cut asset distribution time by 90%, shrank training and certification from weeks to 2–3 hours, doubled partners onboarded in the first year, and drove higher channel-sourced revenue and improved partner retention.
