Lenovo partnerships go from zero to hero in Thailand

Lenovo, a global leader in PCs and mobile devices, partnered with Impact to launch a local affiliate program in Thailand in April 2020. Facing a market where partnership marketing was still nascent, Lenovo’s goal was to quickly build a local partner channel to drive traffic and ecommerce sales—particularly for its LenovoPRO small business offering.

Impact helped onboard and educate partners, run targeted partner discovery and recruitment, and deploy dynamic commissioning to reward promotion of priority SKUs (higher commissions for accessories and LenovoPRO). In under a year the program scaled to 200+ partners and delivered rapid growth: conversions +91% QoQ, revenue +97% QoQ, partnerships up 3.5x and revenue up 4.6x—moving the Thailand program from zero to high-performing.
