iMocha collaborated with Nice Actimize to build role-specific, multi-skill tests (leveraging proctoring, insightful analytics and comparative skill-wise reports) that matched hiring manager requirements. The solution created a stronger candidate pipeline, reduced hiring manager burden, and produced measurable impact: a 65% reduction in interview time and a funnel of 77 appeared → 39 interviewed → 14 offered positions, with high test scores correlating to strong interview performance.
