JLL, a global leader in real estate services, faced a slow, paper-based campus hiring process for entry-level TDIM Analyst roles that was prone to mass cheating and logistical headaches across multiple campuses. To modernize and scale their recruitment, JLL partnered with iMocha and adopted iMocha’s online assessment platform to replace traditional pen-and-paper tests.

iMocha worked with JLL’s team to create tailored assessments (Aptitude, Tech, Programming, Writing) with multi-campus links, remote proctoring (image proctoring, window violation, question randomization) and instant scoring. The automated solution enabled simultaneous testing at 3 campuses, assessed 589 students in under an hour, and produced instant results that led to 25 candidates being shortlisted—dramatically speeding up hiring and reducing on-site staffing needs.
