Mojio, the connected‑car technology company operating in the USA, Canada and Bulgaria, needed to scale hiring for Technical Support roles quickly but couldn’t quantify candidate skills using phone interviews and manual screening. They required an assessment partner already integrated with their ATS, Greenhouse, and chose iMocha’s skills assessment platform (including 1‑Click Greenhouse integration, remote assessments and image proctoring) to streamline and standardize screening.
