Case Study: World Food Programme achieves 40% time savings across 4 locations with iMocha

A iMocha Case Study

Preview of the World Food Programme Case Study

How World Food Programme is meeting hiring goals with 40% time saved across 4 locations

The World Food Programme (WFP), the UN humanitarian organization delivering food assistance in conflict-affected countries, faced logistical and security challenges running in-person pre-hiring assessments across multiple locations — limited office space, candidate travel and time burdens, risks of imposters and test-sharing. To overcome these issues, WFP adopted iMocha’s remote assessment platform.

iMocha implemented remote assessments with advanced image and video proctoring, window lock with test termination, question randomization, disabled copy/paste and consolidated analytics/reporting. The solution delivered a roughly 40% time savings across four locations, allowed WFP teams in Rome, Italy, Egypt and Yemen to assess 3,146 candidates to date with 500+ meeting shortlisting criteria, and has prompted talks to expand to 20+ additional WFP locations.
