How UNEECOPS used Aptitude test as a level 1 assessment to filter out candidates with Interview Mocha

Uneecops, a 500+ employee IT solutions and product company in India, faced slow, paper-based hiring and wanted a more effective, data-driven screening method to reduce time and effort. To solve this, Uneecops partnered with iMocha (Interview Mocha) and created an aptitude-level 1 assessment called the UNEECOPS Common Aptitude Test (UCAT) to filter candidates before interviews.

iMocha delivered a customizable online assessment platform with image proctoring and insightful reports that automated and centralized screening; using iMocha’s UCAT workflow they quickly screened 72 candidates, assessed about 400 candidates overall, and filtered the pool down to 170 strong applicants, significantly cutting hiring time and enabling data-driven hiring decisions. Uneecops now plans to expand use of iMocha for technical assessments.
