How Nihilent has made assessments an integral part of Learning and Development program

Nihilent, a global consulting and solutions integration company with 2,000+ employees, faced difficulty measuring the effectiveness of its training and onboarding programs and identifying employee skill gaps. To address this, Nihilent partnered with iMocha and adopted the Interview Mocha platform to introduce a data-driven assessment layer into its Learning & Development processes.

iMocha implemented pre- and post-training assessments through Interview Mocha, enabled custom question uploads, and delivered skill-wise reports and analytics, reducing administrative effort. The solution made the L&D program fully data-driven—Nihilent ran 55+ tests and recorded over 5,600 assessment attempts, improved skill mapping and training design, and is now expanding the approach to other roles and talent acquisition.
