Interview Mocha (iMocha) delivered tailor-made assessments using its comprehensive skill library, custom question creation, multi-level proficiency tests and LMS integration so consultants and managers can track progress and target gaps. The iMocha solution gave Hexaware actionable assessment reports, enabled a scalable automated process, and is being rolled out to assess some 8,000 consultants — providing clear, measurable support for their upskilling strategy.
