Gett, a global on-demand mobility company, faced lengthy, bias-prone hiring for roles like Business Analyst as dozens of resumes required time-consuming phone and in-person screens. George Nichkov, Global Analytics Team Lead at Gett, partnered with iMocha to introduce an automated, data-driven screening process to remove human bias and efficiently assess large candidate pools.

iMocha provided online assessments with remote proctoring, anti-cheating measures, and skill-wise comparative reports used for first-level screening; this let Gett filter candidates objectively and only interview top performers. As a result, Gett reduced time-to-hire by half, filled the Business Analyst role in one-fourth the usual time, and assessed nearly 500 candidates quickly—making hiring faster, fairer, and more transparent.
