AmaliTech, a global talent accelerator running a training academy for future IT leaders, needed a way to measure training effectiveness and certify trainees for placements. To solve this, AmaliTech adopted iMocha’s skills assessment platform (iMocha assessments) to standardize evaluations across its Data Science, Software Development & Engineering, and Software Testing programs.

Using iMocha, AmaliTech created 20 tests combining iMocha questions with 1,000+ of their own items and has assessed 1,600+ trainees since June 2019. iMocha’s comprehensive skills library, ability to add custom questions, and one‑click SmartRecruiters integration gave a centralized repository that improved training outcomes and saved 30%–40% of recruitment time.
