Hexaware, a global IT and consulting services firm with 10,000+ employees and 33 locations, needed to design competency mapping for its workforce and find an assessment platform that integrated with its SumTotal LMS to close the loop on learning. Already using iMocha for hiring, Hexaware sought to extend iMocha’s assessment capabilities to its HexaVarsity training program so employees could be evaluated immediately after course completion.

iMocha implemented a seamless integration with SumTotal, enabling employees to launch assessments directly from the LMS with single sign-on, returning results to SumTotal for tracking and next-step planning; a 7-day cooling period for retakes was also added. The iMocha solution gave Hexaware an end-to-end LearnToGrow workflow and centralized L&D visibility — to date, 8,000+ employees have completed iMocha tests.
