Hexaware, a global IT and consulting provider with 40,000+ employees, faced an inconsistent and time-consuming hiring process while scaling rapidly (planning hires in the hundreds per quarter). To eliminate bias, quantify skills and support bulk, account-level and domain hiring, Hexaware partnered with iMocha and its Interview Mocha assessment platform to standardize pre-screening across its India, USA, UK and Mexico offices.

iMocha onboarded recruiters and hiring managers, helped build role-specific assessments (Azure, Java, DevOps, ML, testing, PMBOK/BABOK, etc.), integrated with Hexaware’s ATS (HireCraft) and provided real-time analytics and enterprise access controls. The iMocha solution was rolled out globally, enabling data-driven decisions, the ability to share validated results with clients, and measurable gains — about 50,000 candidates assessed to date and roughly a 50% reduction in time to reach the interview stage while improving the quality of shortlisted candidates.
