iMocha implemented a scalable, LMS-integrated assessment solution with custom role-based tests, smart proctoring, and detailed reporting. The vendor delivered 300+ assessments in record time, helping Hexaware run training on schedule, identify skill gaps, measure learning effectiveness, and improve talent decisions. As a result, more than 6,000 employees were upskilled through certification, strengthening Hexaware’s workforce development program with iMocha.
