ECS, a UK-based IT services firm hiring ServiceNow developers and QA engineers, struggled to identify job-fit candidates and quantify skills using time-consuming pen-and-paper tests that required candidates to come onsite and hiring managers to manually review results. To address offline assessments, long screening times, and poor visibility into candidate capabilities, ECS adopted iMocha’s automated assessments platform.

iMocha delivered remote-proctored, ready-to-use skill tests with skill-wise reports that enabled data-backed shortlisting and eliminated manual review. As a result, ECS assessed 444 candidates (250+ passed, 25+ shortlisted) and reduced time to hire by 60%, freeing hiring managers to focus on projects and prompting plans to extend iMocha assessments to campus hiring.
