ECS leverages Mocha to hire technical talent

ECS, a UK-based IT services firm, faced a bottleneck in technical hiring: while many resumes arrived, the team struggled to evaluate skills and prioritize candidates for interviews. To solve this, ECS adopted iMocha’s online assessment platform and assessments to objectively screen technical roles such as ServiceNow developers and admins.

iMocha created tailor-made assessments from ECS job descriptions, provided pre-built skill libraries and skill-wise reports, and enabled ECS to share test links and shortlists with hiring managers. As a result, ECS evaluated close to 500+ candidates over a year—with notable counts including 250 ServiceNow Developer, 200 ServiceNow Admin, 88 Quality Engineer and 100 entry-level assessments—reduced hiring timelines, and improved data-driven shortlisting; ECS now plans to use iMocha for campus hiring.
