Case Study: DFDS achieves faster, focused hiring with iMocha

DFDS embraced digital transformation to build a new age team

DFDS, a Denmark-based transportation and logistics company undergoing a Cloud-First digital transformation, faced slow time-to-hire, outdated recruiting methods, and difficulty finding candidates with the right mobile development skills. To build a modern mobile team for iOS and Android, DFDS partnered with iMocha and used iMocha’s assessment platform (including tests for iOS & Android, a comprehensive coding skills library, remote proctoring, and skill-wise reports).

iMocha worked with DFDS to create four targeted mobile development tests and invited candidates to complete them; only those who demonstrated the required skills were shortlisted for interviews. As a result, DFDS now interviews only qualified candidates, dramatically reduced time spent per hire (the lead developer no longer spends 40 minutes on every candidate), and shortened their time to hire thanks to iMocha’s focused assessment-driven pipeline.
