Capgemini, a global leader in consulting and technology services, needed a faster and more reliable way to screen technically skilled candidates with strong business English proficiency. Its existing process used separate rounds for technical and English evaluation, which made hiring slow, repetitive, and prone to biased judgment. Capgemini partnered with iMocha, using iMocha’s AI-EnglishPro platform to address these screening challenges.
iMocha implemented a single, AI-powered assessment that combined technical skills and business English testing, supported by NLP-based evaluation, detailed candidate reports, CEFR scoring, and smart proctoring to prevent cheating. As a result, Capgemini assessed more than 50,000 candidates, selected 50% of them, and reduced time-to-shortlist and selection time by 50%, while standardizing hiring and improving decision quality.
