Capgemini partnered with iMocha & Chegg to shortlist 20+ developers from leading universities

Capgemini, a global leader in consulting and technology services, faced challenges hiring fresh graduates across the USA due to low outreach at career fairs, limited recruitment and technical bandwidth to vet candidates, and intense competition for tech talent. To address this, they engaged iMocha for skills-based assessments (remote proctoring, coding challenges, test insights) and leveraged iMocha’s partner Chegg to extend their campus reach.

iMocha’s customer success team coordinated with Chegg to create a presence at thousands of universities, run campaigns to attract STEM students, and send targeted iMocha assessments; students were shortlisted based on performance. As a result, Capgemini assessed 44 candidates and shortlisted 20+ developers, significantly widening their candidate pool, boosting university brand awareness, and accelerating selection of top graduate talent.
