ADP, a global leader in human capital management, faced a slow, multi-level recruitment process when hiring a Release Engineer: keyword-based resume screening produced many candidates who looked good on paper but lacked depth, leading to wasted interview time and a high time-to-hire. To address this, ADP selected iMocha and its Interview Mocha online assessment platform to bring objective, skills-based screening into their hiring funnel.
iMocha delivered a customized Release Engineer assessment (Numerical Reasoning, System Administration, Shell Programming, English/Verbal Reasoning) with strong anti-cheating controls and skill-wise comparative reports. As a result, 249 candidates took the assessment, 228 cleared it, 88 quality candidates were interviewed and 4 were hired; ADP cut time-to-hire by half, focused interviews only on relevant candidates, and plans to roll iMocha’s solution out to other departments.
