Tribal Data Resources Integrates Ilinc Software into its Flagship Application to Give Customers Direct Access to Online Support

Tribal Data Resources (TDR) is a software developer and reseller that provides membership and administrative tools to Native American tribes and tribal service organizations. After relying on WebEx for customer support and training since 2002, TDR sought to eliminate high monthly conferencing fees and find a solution that could be easily integrated into its flagship Progeny application.

TDR replaced WebEx with iLinc’s Enterprise Unlimited hosting, cutting first-year conferencing costs by about 50% and projecting ongoing costs at only 10–20% of prior annual spend. iLinc was quickly adopted with minimal training, enabled hands-on desktop sharing for faster support of non-technical users, was embedded into Progeny via an Online Help link, and is also used for live demos—delivering both significant savings and improved customer support.
