Arizona State University’s Alliance for Construction Excellence

The Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE) at Arizona State University is a small, soft‑funded outreach organization that provides research, standards and training to the construction industry. Faced with rising demand but limited resources and the logistical barriers of face‑to‑face programs, ACE needed a way to scale training without travel and staffing increases.

ACE adopted iLinc’s virtual training and webinar platform as a full learning solution, leveraging no‑install access, Salesforce integration and a Green Meter to track cost and emissions savings. In a four‑week rollout they launched scalable, revenue‑generating online courses; the first virtual session saved $9,037 in travel costs, avoided 9,489 pounds of CO2, nearly covered the platform cost, and enabled nationwide access and expanded offerings (including ARRA training).
