Case Study: Azimut Group achieves 57% efficiency gains with IFS assyst

A IFS assyst Case Study

Preview of the Azimut Group Case Study

Azimut produce 57% efficiencies with assyst implementation

Azimut Group, Italy’s largest independent asset manager, faced rapid growth and a move away from a single-supplier telephony tool to a multi-sourced operating model that needed to support both standardized products and bespoke services for high-net-worth clients. To modernize and stabilize its Financial Advisors and IT service desks, Azimut selected IFS assyst to replace the legacy system and enable a SIAM-based, multi-supplier approach.

IFS assyst was rolled out in phases—stabilizing support services, introducing performance metrics (Right First Time, Time to Resolve) and onboarding suppliers—which enabled five key suppliers to join the Financial Advisors support process in under five months. The assyst implementation delivered measurable gains: a reported 57% efficiency improvement, shorter incident resolution times, higher service quality and a centralized ESM repository that supported multi-sourcing and business continuity.
