The Student Loans Company (SLC) is a UK public-sector organisation managing loans, repayments and services for millions of students and partner institutions. After significant growth its IT environment suffered from an outdated, duplicated and inconsistent asset database and an old ITSM version, which undermined visibility, SLA performance and user confidence.
