Case Study: Onlanta achieves 70% faster client go-live and $1M annual revenue increase with IFS assyst

A IFS assyst Case Study

Preview of the Onlanta Case Study

assyst makes IT Service more profitable for leading Russian MSP

Onlanta, a Russian managed service provider (part of the LANIT group), needed an ITSM backbone that met more than 150 specific criteria to support a multi-tenant MSP model, strong asset/CMDB capabilities, hybrid integrations and very short implementation cycles. After evaluating leading vendors, Onlanta selected IFS assyst (assyst platform) to provide a single, ITIL-aligned solution for managing multiple customer contracts from one implementation.

IFS assyst delivered an out-of-the-box, fully integrated ITIL solution with a federated CMDB and strong multi-tenancy and integration capabilities, enabling Onlanta to onboard new clients in about 2–3 weeks instead of roughly nine weeks — a >70% reduction in go-live time. That speed-to-revenue helped drive a reported $1 million increase in annual revenue; Onlanta now runs services for 42 external customers on the platform and cites roughly one-third fewer monitoring headcount compared with other ITSM solutions.
