Ideawake worked with Nelnet on rapid platform configuration, rollout, and use of pre-built promotion plans, customizable workflows, and collaboration features like real-time chat, mentions, and automated reminders. Since the switch to Ideawake, Nelnet has engaged 2,214 users across 10 challenges (including an annual IT Hackathon and AI/customer-experience topics), received 463 ideas, 544 comments and 1,527 votes, and moved 17 ideas to implementation with another 7 in progress.
