Creating an Integrated, Global Workforce

SNP, a global provider of digital transformation solutions for complex SAP landscapes, wanted to tap the collective intelligence of its 1,400 employees across 16 locations to drive innovation, cost savings and a more integrated OneSNP employee experience. The challenge was to launch an engaging, enterprise-wide idea management program that would generate usable proposals and secure buy-in across diverse geographies.

SNP launched a cloud-based IdeaScale community led by a cross-functional team that ran targeted campaigns, country-specific webinars and an on-site OneSNP Day booth to drive participation. Ideas were refined into proposals with cost/time estimates and business impact assessments, leading to immediate wins (e.g., defaulting printers to black-and-white), 13 implemented ideas, 10 more approved for future rollout, and plans to extend the program to partners.
