Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory implements Q-Pulse as their QMS

The Wisconsin Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (WVDL), an AAVLD-accredited testing lab operating in Madison and Barron, WI, needed to replace cumbersome, manual systems to meet ISO 17025-based accreditation requirements. The lab sought a quality management solution to improve training and record retention, integrate with existing programs, provide consistent structure and strong tracking/trending, and be easy for staff with varying computer skills.

WVDL implemented Ideagen’s Q-Pulse through partner ECL2, customizing it to fit existing workflows and using workload management and automatic messaging to keep tasks visible. Q-Pulse centralized document control, non-conformance, client feedback and CAPA processes; improved information retrieval and communication; reduced manual work; and increased overall efficiency, establishing a more mature QMS used across the laboratory.
