Technica International, a Lebanon‑based provider of customised automation and turnkey lines with a global customer base and eight regional branches, was undergoing rapid expansion and needed a quality management system that could be customised to its operations. The company sought to digitise a paper-based Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) scheme, improve capture and management of non-conformances and customer feedback, and simplify corrective/preventive actions and audits.
Working with Ideagen, Technica implemented Q-Pulse configured to mirror its terminology and workflows, using CA/PA, Audit and Document Management modules plus the Q-Pulse Audit iPad app. The rollout automated OFI reporting, provided full traceability and oversight of non-conformances, enabled year‑ahead audit planning and delivered actionable reports and metrics that reduced errors (wrong measurements, packaging colour issues, damages), improved staff adoption and boosted operational excellence.
