The University of Nairobi needed to achieve compliance with a range of standards—particularly ISO 9001—and sought an electronic management system to centralize quality processes (data analysis, asset and audit management), cut bureaucratic document-approval workflows, and manage audits from scheduling through follow-up.

After evaluating options the University implemented Ideagen’s Q-Pulse with local partner Intex. Q-Pulse replaced spreadsheets and paper-based tools, centralized QMS documents, sped up audit reporting and analysis, standardized the audit process and improved asset maintenance and calibration—helping the University pass its ISO 9001 assessment.
