The University of Nairobi, Kenya’s oldest higher-education institution, needed to centralize its quality management processes to achieve ISO 9001 certification. The challenge was to implement an electronic system for data analysis, audit and asset management, and to reduce bureaucratic document-approval workflows while standardizing audit scheduling, execution and follow-up.

The university selected Ideagen’s Q-Pulse (via local partner Intex Management Services) to replace spreadsheets and paper-based tools with a single compliance platform. Q-Pulse sped up audit reporting and data analysis, improved document and asset management, standardized auditing processes, and helped the University secure ISO 9001 certification while being easy to use and well supported locally.
