Luxembourg Air Rescue (LAR) is a not‑for‑profit emergency medical service operating a fleet of jets and helicopters and governed by strict EASA and ISO9001 standards. Before 2012 LAR managed compliance and safety across multiple databases and spreadsheets; the challenge was to raise efficiency, simplify processes for staff and improve operational performance while maintaining high safety and regulatory compliance.

LAR implemented Q‑Pulse (document management, audit management, CAPA, safety reporting & investigations, and competence/training) to create a single safety and compliance platform. The result was a unified database that removed fragmentation, enabled cross‑platform reporting, and let the team handle more reports and audits with no extra staff, improving workflows, audit readiness, training control and stakeholder confidence in regulatory compliance.
