Terex Trucks, a Motherwell-based manufacturer of off‑highway dump trucks with a global customer base, needed to reduce product non‑conformances and quickly share best practice across the organisation. Management required an easy-to-use, centrally managed quality system that could handle operational documents, ISO 9001/14001/18001 compliance, audits, customer feedback, and asset/calibration/maintenance records while improving data accuracy and transparency.

Terex implemented Ideagen’s Q-Pulse to centralise processes and act as a quality CRM and single source of truth for audits, corrective actions and asset management. Since deployment, Q-Pulse has improved product quality, nearly halved recorded customer issues, sped up corrective-action closure, reduced inspection and admin costs, cut breakdowns and material waste, and simplified ISO auditing and certification.
