Nuffield Health, Britain’s leading health charity, needed a central electronic quality management system to manage pathology compliance across its network of 13 hub laboratories and associated spoke sites. Their previous paper-based and SharePoint approaches could not handle equipment, training and competency tracking, audits or corrective actions, creating risks for meeting CPA and MHRA regulatory requirements.

The system centralised document, asset and audit management—now holding over 1,200 documents, tracking 900 assets and storing results from 100+ audits—and supports electronic training records for 170+ staff across 25 sites.
