Omni Taxi Aéreo S.A. (OTA), one of Brazil’s largest oil-and-gas helicopter operators with a 57-aircraft fleet and multiple ISO/OHS accreditations, needed to modernize its safety, quality and risk management. Before 2014 OTA relied on spreadsheets, paper and manual follow-ups that were time-consuming, error-prone and made it difficult to increase oversight, efficiency and cost control while meeting stringent regulatory and client audit demands.

OTA implemented Ideagen’s Q-Pulse (document, audit, CAPA, safety reporting, competence/training) integrated with Gael Risk and web/mobile reporting, and introduced Line Operations Safety Audits (LOSA). The consolidated, automated system tightened procedures, provided near‑real‑time operational data and statistical reporting, improved audit compliance and corrective-action turnaround, increased operational efficiency and helped management identify and mitigate threats earlier — supporting sustained fleet and revenue growth.
