Jazz Air, one of Canada’s largest regional carriers with over 5,000 staff and 128 aircraft, needed to adopt Q-Pulse without forcing frontline teams to change their established web-based safety reporting process. With 500+ reports submitted monthly and a workforce of varying technical ability and language backgrounds, retraining staff to use a new system was judged risky and impractical.

Ideagen’s Development team used Q-Pulse’s APIs to integrate Jazz’s existing data-capture forms directly into Q-Pulse, preserving the familiar reporting workflow while centralizing safety data.
