Lipton Ice Tea faced several trending stories that were generating negative conversations and needed a rapid response and content-management plan. They engaged ICUC (ICUC•social) to track down, flag and manage those stories across social channels using ICUC’s social monitoring and moderation services.
ICUC reviewed 100% of the flagged content and executed response or removal actions to curb the negative conversations, which directly informed the development of a new, positive social content plan. ICUC’s intervention contained the immediate issues and produced a measurable outcome—complete review and remediation of all flagged items—while enabling a proactive content strategy moving forward.
