Via rolled out vehicle-side “Text to Apply” ads and an iCIMS-powered AI chatbot to answer FAQs, screen candidates and schedule interviews. Job seekers began texting in applications the same day the ads launched; results include a 74% candidate response rate, 500+ applicants in the first six months and a 30-minute average response time. The program eliminated route shortfalls, increased market share and RTD incentives, and improved retention and morale among drivers.
