Isagenix International, a fast-growing health and wellness company founded in 2002, needed to hire corporate talent competitively against larger local employers while scaling across regions. Its legacy applicant tracking system created a poor candidate experience and left recruiters spending roughly 70% of their time on administrative tasks, with manual onboarding, error-prone career pages and slow background checks delaying hires.
Isagenix implemented the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Platform, integrated ADP and Sterling, automated job postings and onboarding, and rebuilt its career site. The changes halved time-to-fill, cut onboarding time by 95% and new-hire processing time by 83% (saving about 75 minutes per hire), grew the resume database 30x to 35,000, reduced background screening from three weeks to three days, and eliminated paper forms and manual emails.
