Nuxe, a Paris-based skincare company founded in 1989 with about 200 employees and operations in nearly 60 countries, faces heavy candidate volume—up to 400 applicants per marketing role—while recruiting for headquarters, production plants, and spas. The decentralized team needed a way to screen more candidates efficiently and engage hiring managers earlier in the process.
Using iCIMS on-demand video interviews, Nuxe eliminated many time-consuming phone screens, enabled hiring managers to view and record feedback, and increased collaboration across teams. The program produced 2,485 video interviews, helped identify strong candidates with non‑traditional backgrounds (and filter out those lacking soft skills), and supported about 200 new hires through a faster, more thorough hiring process.
