Hexagon PPM, a global software leader for designing and operating plants, ships and offshore facilities, supports 4,000 employees across 60 countries. Faced with a decentralized, paper-heavy recruiting environment and a patchwork of talent-acquisition tools, the company needed a single, global Applicant Tracking System to standardize hiring, reporting and candidate experience.

Hexagon partnered with iCIMS to roll out one platform region-by-region, configuring each office during slower hiring periods and building localized, interactive career portals (including native language support for Japan and Korea). Using iCIMS Recruit, Connect and Preboard, Hexagon gained real-time KPI reporting (time-to-fill, acceptance and internal fill rates), faster report exports, improved candidate engagement and proactive sourcing in APAC, and a streamlined internal mobility portal—completing the global rollout by January 2019.
