A iCIMS Case Study
Crowe Horwath, a 2,500‑employee public accounting and consulting firm with offices nationwide, faced a decentralized, manual university recruiting program that spanned more than 80 colleges. Recruiters were bogged down by manual data entry, an inflexible Lotus Notes system with poor reporting, difficulty promoting campus events, and the challenge of managing 1,500–2,000 student resumes each year.
Implementing the configurable iCIMS Talent Platform centralized recruiting for both experienced and university hires, automated university recruiting workflows, and introduced a university career portal plus an events portal to promote and track on‑campus activities. The result was richer, actionable reporting (including event costs and applicant sources), streamlined communication with candidates, and a scalable, centralized system that supports Crowe’s continued national expansion.
