Tokopedia, Indonesia’s largest marketplace platform, faced a contracting bottleneck during rapid hypergrowth: thousands of new contracts a month were created and managed in disconnected systems, leaving its 16-person legal team buried in manual work, lacking visibility into negotiations and contract terms, and struggling to prevent slippage and SLA risk.
