Solaseed Air, a regional airline in Japan, needed a loyalty program that better fit its mostly price-sensitive leisure travelers, who flew only a few times a year. Its existing mileage model, built for frequent flyers, led to high mileage expiration and weak engagement, while the airline also needed a future-ready solution compatible with its passenger service system. IBS Software provided iLoyal to address these gaps.

IBS Software implemented iLoyal with mile pooling, flexible earning and redemption, and seamless integration with Altea PSS. The new program made rewards easier to earn and use, improved customer engagement and satisfaction, and reduced the need for heavy customization. As a result, Solaseed Air lowered friction for infrequent travelers, improved accessibility to rewards, and created a more scalable loyalty foundation for long-term retention.
