Personalised Member Portal for SunExpress Loyalty Program

Sunexpress, a long-standing Turkish airline, wanted to launch an innovative loyalty program targeting the Visiting Family & Relatives market across Germany and Turkey but faced tight speed-to-market, integration with booking systems, cost constraints, and the need for an adaptable front-end. To meet these challenges the airline selected IBS Software’s iFly Loyalty platform and its white‑label, customisable member engagement portal as the core solution.

IBS Software delivered a pluggable member portal tightly integrated with iFly Loyalty (and Sunexpress’ existing iFly Res PSS and IBE), offered as a SaaS pay-as-you-grow model to minimise upfront costs and accelerate rollout. The combined solution improved time-to-market, reduced development risk and delivered strong business impact: member registrations grew from about 3,600 to nearly 350,000 in two years, an active base of over 240,000 members was handled, and the portal maintained 100% availability—demonstrating measurable ROI for Sunexpress.
