HSE Process improvements in Gulf of Mexico

Large Oil and Gas Company, operating 20+ platforms in the Gulf of Mexico with roughly 100–150 flights and more than 7,000 passenger movements per month, faced major safety and compliance gaps: no reliable way to track personnel on board (PoB) or enforce Escape Window Passenger Compatibility (EWPC), travel/training document validation was inconsistent, and the scale of operations made monitoring difficult. To address these challenges they engaged IBS Software and deployed the iLogistics Aviation and PoB module.

IBS Software implemented iLogistics to integrate planning, manifesting and PoB tracking with features such as travel and training document validation at planning, kiosk-based check-in, EWPC manifest compliance, automated No Fly List and drug-test validations, real-time PoB visibility and operational KPIs. The IBS Software solution optimized booking and seat planning, improved regulatory compliance, ensured only qualified personnel traveled, enabled faster evacuation readiness across ~7,000 monthly passenger movements, and delivered reduced incident-related costs and improved safety (including reported zero loss of time and life).
